Be Square Bookkeeping was founded by Stephanie Shreffler in 2009.

Our clients include salons, law firms, restaurants, media producers, writers, artists, graphic designers, physicians, construction companies and many others.

Our remote services range from full GAAP-based accrual bookkeeping to basic training on how to use QuickBooks Online.

Our services include filing sales and use taxes, providing financial reports for analysis and tax preparation, consulting with business owners and CFO’s, providing weekly bookkeeping, and many other accounting tasks.

Our payroll services include quarterly and weekly pay schedules and anything in between for companies up to 50 employees. We provide direct deposit for your employees, file and pay employer taxes, and handle monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Many of our clients come to us referred by their CPAs or by other clients.
